Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the AirPro Systems website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Online Estimates
The pricing provided on this website is an estimate only. While we strive for accuracy, the final price of your HVAC unit and installation is subject to a mandatory on-site verification visit by a licensed AirPro Systems technician.
“Standard Installation” Definition:
Our online pricing assumes “Standard Installation” conditions, which include:
- Existing ductwork is sized correctly and in good condition.
- Existing electrical service and disconnect boxes meet current code requirements.
- Existing refrigerant lines are accessible, leak-free, and the correct size.
- The unit location is easily accessible (e.g., standard roof access or ground clearance).
Additional Costs: If our technician discovers that your home requires structural modifications, crane services, electrical upgrades, ductwork repair, or other non-standard work, we will provide a revised final quote before any work begins. You are under no obligation to proceed if the price changes.
2. Installation and Services
- In-House Installation: Installation services are performed by AirPro Systems employees or authorized representatives. We are a licensed Arizona contractor (ROC #348167).
- Scheduling: Installation dates are subject to equipment availability and scheduling capacity. We strive to install within 48-72 hours but do not guarantee specific timeframes.
3. Warranties
- Manufacturer Warranty: Equipment warranties (e.g., 10-Year Parts) are provided directly by the manufacturer (Trane, Goodman, etc.). AirPro Systems assists in registering these warranties but is not the warrantor of the equipment itself.
- Labor Warranty: AirPro Systems provides a 1-Year Labor/Workmanship warranty on our installation services.
4. Financing
Financing options advertised on this site (including 0% interest offers) are provided by third-party lenders and are subject to credit approval. AirPro Systems does not guarantee financing approval.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AirPro Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of this site or our services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
